Requests for a change of course must be made online only. Any application submitted by email, after the deadline or by any other means will not be accepted.
Please submit only one application. Once the ticket has been created, if you wish to make any changes or add further details, you can do so directly on the ticket.
If you are enrolled on a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare and wish to change your specialisation or withdraw from your healthcare studies, please use the form specifically designed for this situation.
Deadline for submitting applications
18 November 2026 at 11.59 pm
To apply, you must be enrolled in your first year of higher education.
Your application will be assessed by an ad hoc academic committee, taking into account the number of places available, your previous results and your motivation. You will receive a response by 18 December 2026 at the latest.
- A successful application will be accompanied by the necessary instructions to finalise your enrolment.
You will sit the first-semester exams for your new course as a second-chance sitting (resit, June 2027) and will be put in touch with the lecturers to gain access to the lectures.
You may request credit transfers for course modules successfully completed as part of your original enrolment that are common to both programmes. To do this , you MUST sit yourfirst-semester exams (PLEASE NOTE: students receiving grants – attendance checks forthe first semester are based on your original programme).

Whilst awaiting a response from the administration, you must nevertheless complete the online course registration for your original programme to secure your timetable in the event of a negative response.

- Download and complete the course change application form that applies to your situation:
- Log in to your ENT
- Type “online applications” into the search bar and click on “Online Help – Online Applications”
