You must submit your application through the “Online Application” tab on your ENT. You must attach the completed form. Any application submitted through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
- Your registration cannot be canceled.
- This academic year will count as a full year toward your degree program.
- You will not be able to take your exams. (Please disregard any exam notices you may receive.)
- If you are a scholarship recipient, you must maintain regular attendance until the day of your leave of absence. If you fail to do so, you will be marked as absent by the CROUS, which will result in the suspension of your scholarship and the repayment of any funds already received.
Your request will be recorded in your academic record, and you will receive a certificate of leave of absence.
