Elections for UFR ALLSH bodies on April 9, 2026

Polling stations will be located at :

• Aix-en-Provence, 29 Schuman, Room A012, first floor, Bâtiment Egger
  for elections to the UFR Council, the Studies Committee and the Research Committee
  
• Aix-en-Provence, 29 Schuman, Room A223, 2ᵉ floor, Bâtiment Egger
  for training department council ballots
  
• Marseille, Campus Saint-Charles, Espace Yves Mathieu, 1ᵉʳ floor, Bureau scolarité ALLSH, Porte n°1
  for all ballots
  

The electoral lists will be published no later than Friday, March 20, 2026 and can be consulted by following this link.

Requests to rectify electoral lists must be made using form B.

Auditors must apply for registration no later than Friday April 3, 2026 at 4pm.(application form)

• UFR Council, 12 seats to be filled:
  • 6 full members ;
  • 6 substitutes.
    
• Studies Committee, 5 seats to be filled:
  • 5 full members.
    
• Research Committee, 5 seats to be filled:
  • 5 full members(doctoral students only).
    
• Councils of the 26 training departments, 4 seats to be filled per department:
  • 2 full members per department;
  • 2 substitutes per department.
    

The proxy form must be returned duly completed, signed and accompanied by photo identification no later than Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 12 noon.

The proxy must be registered in the same college as the principal.
No person may hold more than 2 proxies.

The deadline for submission of candidatures and professions de foi is Wednesday March 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.

Candidate lists will be drawn up on special forms.
They must be accompanied by an original declaration of candidacy signed by each candidate, stating his or her ranking on the list.

Professions de foi should be presented as follows:

• A4 format ;
• in black and white ;
• one or two single-sided pages;
• without photographs.

Each candidate list may propose one assessor and one substitute per polling station, appointed from among the electors of the college concerned. These proposals must be submitted at the same time as the candidacies and professions de foi.
