How can I finance my mobility?

• 2 months minimum for internships
• 3 months min. for studies
• Between 5 and 30 days for short stays (5 days for BIP CIVIS)
• 12 months max. per study cycle (Bachelor's and Master's degrees)

Please note that only stays organized within the framework of the Erasmus + program will be financed.

Amount for short stays :

• Up to the 14th day of activity: €79 per day
• From the 15th to the 30th day of activity: €56 per day

Additional days of funding may be granted for travel outside activity days. This funding can cover up to a maximum of 2 additional days, 1 day before the start of the activity and 1 day after (if you arrive the day before the start of a BIP program, for example). They are awarded subject to presentation of proof of transport and a sworn statement indicating the impossibility of traveling on the days of activity (to be submitted on the "Moveon 2023/24 - Suivi - Au Retour" form on your return to France).

The Eramus+ scholarship also offers :

• an additional travel package*, calculated on the basis of the distance between amU and the establishment where you are doing your mobility:

  *If you have used an eco-responsible means of transport for the majority of your trip between AMU and the host establishment, you become eligible for the contribution to eco-responsible travel expenses, which will replace the contribution to standard travel expenses.

• an additional financial inclusion (250€ for long mobilities / 100€ for mobilities ≤ 14 days / 150€ for mobilities between 15 and 30 days) if you meet at least one of the following criteria* :

1. Have a disability or long-term illness (ALD)
2. Living in a commune classified as a rural revitalization zone (ZRR)
3. Live in an address classified as a priority urban district (quartier prioritaire de la ville)
4. Be a higher education grant holder on social criteria, grades 6 or 7;
5. belong to a household with a CAF family income of 561 euros or less.

• 1 month minimum and 5 months maximum

• 600/month in Europe (up to a maximum of €3,000 per academic year)
• 1000€/month outside Europe (up to a maximum of 5000€ per academic year)

• A minimum of 2 months, up to a maximum of 9 months, for all your placements during your university course.

• 400/month

• 1 or 2 semesters. Funding is capped at 5 months per mobility program.

Please note: to qualify for the grant, your application must have been classified by your component and selected by the grant committee of the Pôle Mobilité.

Amount: 3 daily rates per geographical zone

*Excluding Mexico, included in zone 2

**United Kingdom except for mobility to Glasgow University (CIVIS partner)

***Switzerland, subject to non-eligibility for SEMP funding in the context of study mobility, and with the exception of mobility to the University of Lausanne UNIL (CIVIS partner).

The PMS can only be combined with the Ami-Mesri grant.

• 1 or 2 semesters (minimum 8 weeks and maximum 20 weeks)
• The regional grant can be awarded once a year.
• It cannot be combined with a PRAME internship grant obtained in the same year, an ERASMUS+ grant or any other international mobility grant.

Please note that the duration of the stay financed is modulated according to the family quotient (≤ €26,000) for year N-1 on N-2 income.

• 125€/week for students whose tax residence is in the PACA region (max.: 2,500 euros/year).

Additional flat-rate assistance may be granted:

• 400€ for students with disabilities, on presentation of proof from the Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées (MDPH).
• 200€ for students who have had to pay visa fees, on presentation of proof of payment.

Destinations outside the European Union with the exception of: France (Metropolitan and Overseas territories) and the principalities of Monaco and Andorra

• Minimum 8 weeks, maximum 20 weeks, ending no later than December 31 of year N+1.
• PRAME can be awarded once a year
• It cannot be combined with a PRAME study grant obtained in the same year, nor with the ERASMUS+ grant, nor with any other international mobility aid.
• Students receiving an internship allowance of over €200/week are excluded.

Please note that the duration of the stay financed is modulated according to the family quotient (≤ €26,000) for year N-1 on N-2 income.

• 125€/week for students whose tax residence is in the PACA region (max.: 2,500 euros/year).

Additional flat-rate assistance may be granted:

• 400€ for students with disabilities, on presentation of proof from the Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées (MDPH).
• 200€ for students who have had to pay visa fees, on presentation of proof of payment.

Destinations outside the European Union with the exception of: France (mainland and overseas territories) and the principalities of Monaco and Andorra.

As soon as the effective dates of the internship are known, the student must create an account or connect to an existing account. He/she then submits his/her application on the dedicated portal, together with the required supporting documents, using the connection code sent by his/her mobility manager on the Région Sud website.

As this grant cannot be combined with other grants, we advise you to submit your application on the region's portal once you have received confirmation that you are not eligible for AMU grants.

Please note that applications must be submitted on the regional platform no later than 15 days before departure.
