In June and August 2026, Tübingen International & European Studies (T-IES) is offering two different short-term programs on current European issues. CIVIS students are particularly welcome to apply and are granted a reduction of the program fee!
Summer School June 2026 on Science and Society, June 01 - June 29, 2026:
- Track A: Society, Misinformation, and Artificial Intelligence in Europe
- Track B: Sustainability, Biodiversity, and Ethics in Europe
Summer School August 2026 on Crisis and Identity, August 03 - August 28, 2026:
- Track A: The EU in Permanent Crises? Perspectives, Challenges, Solutions
- Track B: Representing the European Past in Cross-Cultural Communities"
Facts and Figures:
- Open to BA students from all academic disciplines with a strong general interest in cultures, Europe and Germany in particular
- German Language Class and Intercultural Workshop included
- Program Fee: 1,800 € (this is a reduced fee for CIVIS students, including accommodation)
- Application: All year long upon availability of places
- 8 ECTS
