Training presentation
New for 2024: the LP MMAC distance learning course is now open to apprentices!
SFAD offers the MMAC professional degree in open distance learning for people in continuing education (on the job, paid jobseekers, on RSA, on professionalization contracts, etc.).
Organized by the Médiation culturelle de l'Art sector, this course prepares students for the job of "cultural action manager" and related professions such as: regional coordinator, cultural project manager, audience development manager, cultural mediator (heritage, performing arts, books, visual arts, etc.), sector cultural action manager (educational workshop manager, sector coordinator), public relations manager.
It provides training in the design and implementation of cultural projects within cultural establishments (art centers, libraries, performing arts venues, museums, etc.), to broaden and diversify the audience for art and create the conditions for its discovery.

Teaching content
The course is organized into 4 series of courses (fundamental, practical, strategic and professional) and 3 specialization tracks:
- Book and reading mediation,
- Plastic arts and heritage mediation,
- Mediation in the performing arts.
These courses include instruction in sector-specific public policies, cultural action for the public and the arts.
The strength of this degree lies in the centrality of the "tutored project": throughout the year, each student-trainee designs a cultural action project. -
