You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program and would like to take a teaching unit (UE) that is not one of the choices available to you.
You can request a waiver to substitute this UE for another.
Please note:
- Requests cannot be made for compulsory UEs and modern languages (LANSAD).
- A UE of a higher level cannot be proposed as an exemption for a lower level of the same diploma.
- A UE requested in derogation cannot appear under another choice of the same BCC or under a choice of another BCC of the same semester.
- The UE requested as an exception must be worth the same number of credits as the UE it replaces.
How do I apply for a waiver?
- Download and complete the application form
- Contact your Director of Studies and the UE coordinator to have them sign it.
- Send the form to the Registrar's Office via the online help tab of your ENT (see procedure below).
- The Registrar's Office will forward it to the Teaching Committee and inform you of its decision.
