Special study plan (RSE) & Final exam exemption

You cannot devote yourself full-time to your studies.

  1. You can benefit from a special study regime (CFVU of January 10, 2019) To prepare for your degree and benefit from the following legal arrangements:
    • Long study period
    • Priority in choice of TD/TP groups
  2. You can also obtain the following special arrangements, which are granted by the component at the student's request: Exemption from compulsory continuous assessment and enrolment in the final year of study (final exam exemption).

  • Conditions to be met

    You are employed; contract covering the academic year of more than 40 hours per month (enclose employment contract and last pay slip)

    • You are involved in university life, as a full or alternate member of central or component councils (attach certificate).
    • You are involved in student life, as a full or alternate member of a CROUS / CNOUS council and CNESER councils (attach certificate)
    • You are a high-level athlete (you must apply via eCandidat (ENT > Scolarité > eCandidat or eCandidat) ; (attach certificate)
    • You are involved in community work (board member) (attach certificate)
    • You are a civic service volunteer, a member of the armed forces, an operational reservist, or a volunteer fireman (enclose signed contract)
    • You have a family (enclose family record book or birth certificates for children under 12)
    • You are expecting a child (enclose declaration of pregnancy)
    • You are enrolled in several courses (enclose certificate)
    • You are doing a long internship (enclose agreement)

    Applications for the Special Study Scheme and special dispensation can only be made via online application. Applications sent by e-mail, after the deadline or by any other means will not be accepted.

    Please make only one request, once the ticket has been created. If you wish to make a modification or a clarification, you can do so directly on the ticket.

    Complete application must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
