Consolation on the contemporary scene

🗓️ Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Following on from work on the ancient tradition and its extensions, the seminar aims to broaden the chronological span to question contemporary practices in the light of ancient approaches.
Taking place at the MMSH, the seminar is part of a research project on consolation, supported by a scientific network that includes the CIELAM, LERMA, LPCPP, TDMAM and TELEMME laboratories. It is supported by the Maison méditerranéenne des sciences humaines et sociales as part of its transversal research program.
