Since October, sixteen Performing Arts students have been leading one of ten weekly workshops on the premises of the ALLSH and Sciences faculties at Saint-Charles. The workshop leaders provide training in theatrical practice for students from all disciplines, as well as for external audiences. The teaching focuses on the voice, the body, interpretation and the sensitive discovery of a work. As part of this teaching process, the instructors also practice their pedagogical skills by examining transmission and direction. They are also confronted with the creative process, examining dramaturgy, direction and aesthetic choices.
The festival brings together a wide range of sensibilities, offering a journey through poetic, political and fictional languages, where troubles, dreams and adventures are expressed and combined.
This year, 3 jours et plus honors the editions de l'Arche, Quartett and Espaces 34, which boast an extensive and invaluable catalog of playwrights.
The 3 jours et + festival is a highlight of student theater at Aix-Marseille University, and the fruit of an original collaboration between AMU's Performing Arts section, the Pratik Teatr student association, the Culture and Society Department and the Théâtre Antoine Vitez, which structures the entire process.
Free for AMU students and regular price for others.
