    Promote the professionalisation of students in the midst of training in different sectors of activity (public and private training organisations) with alternating weeks of classes and work placements.

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    Training offered at L3 level over two semesters, each made up of 3 Blocks of knowledge and skills.

    Organisation on a sandwich course basis with 1 week of classes per month and 350 hours of work experience over the year for students on initial training (or jobseekers returning to study). For employees, the length of work placements may be adapted.

    The teacher-researchers are members of UR 4671 ADEF.

  • KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED

    The degree offers specialisation in the founding disciplines of education sciences: sociology, psychology and philosophy. These courses are linked to fundamental disciplinary courses in education and training sciences. They are organised in such a way as to give students basic references in scientific research and in the professional fields of education and training.

    The bachelor's degree aims to acquire knowledge, fundamental know-how and a general culture on education and training issues: it studies education, teaching and training in different institutional contexts (the school and extracurricular environment, the voluntary sector, the training environment) and in relation to different fields of investigation (didactics, pedagogy, evaluation, learning models) and different educational contexts (health, social work, the training/employment relationship, integration, school socialisation and adult training with lifelong guidance and training, the cultural and artistic sector...)...).

    Students are introduced to the methods and theoretical models mobilised in the human and social sciences in order to improve the understanding and quality of educational work activities implemented according to the variability of contexts and situations encountered, serving the diversity of professional contexts.

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    - Apply multidisciplinary skills and knowledge in education and training sciences during teaching, training and support activities in a professional environment.

    - Design individual and team educational projects based on a project methodology implementing reflective evaluation practices.

    - Develop and optimise the pedagogical relationship by implementing a communication process adapted to different audiences taking into account the pedagogical, social and human issues promoting learner learning.

    - Develop and implement a scientific approach in the field of training and education.

    - Build a personal professional project to successfully integrate professionally into the field of teaching and training.
