Internships

Internship information

During the summer closure of the ALLSH faculty (from July 28 to August 24, 2025 inclusive), no internship agreements or applications can be processed.

You will be able to apply for an internship from August 25, 2025, for a start date of September 15, 2025, at the earliest (subject to the file being completed and the signature process being finalized on time).

For your information, your administrative registration must be finalized before your internship agreement can be drawn up.

You can find the procedure to follow and all the information you need to draw up your internship agreement in the Internship Guide below.

As part of your curriculum, you may be required to complete one or more compulsory or optional internships.

Your internship project must be validated by your teacher-referent, and you must draw up an internship agreement via amUstage, Aix-Marseille Université's online agreement management tool (also accessible via your ENT).

If your internship takes place abroad, you must follow the standard amUstage procedure and register with the university's International Relations Department via the MoveOn mobility portal.

You can also apply for a mobility grant.

Those registered under the continuing education scheme should not draw up their training agreement on amUstage, but should submit a request by e-mail to allsh-fc@univ-amu.fr or in person at the EGGER building in C209.

Drawing up your agreement: a recap

No internship can take place without an agreement duly completed and signed by all parties.
No agreement will be signed by the university if the internship has already begun.
No request or agreement should be sent directly to the UFR director or manager.

The total duration of your internship is determined by your actual presence at the host organization.

1 day = 7 hours / 1 month = 22 days
