The contrat de professionnalisation is a work-study training contract, combining practical on-the-job training with theoretical training in a training organization or company.
For whom?
The professionalization contract is aimed at :
- Young people aged 16 to 25;
- Jobseekers aged 26 and over, registered on the jobseekers' list;
- Recipients of the revenu de solidarité active (RSA), the allocation spécifique de solidarité (ASS) or the allocation aux adultes handicapés (AAH);
- People who have benefited from a CUI single insertion contract.
People on professionalization contracts have employee status, not student status. They enjoy the same rights as the company's other employees.
Steps to take
- Identify the desired course within the ALLSH faculty's curriculum that is open to professionalization contracts.
- Submit your application on the dedicated platforms (Licence 3 and Master 2: eCandidat)
- Find a host company and contact the SFC continuing education department to inform them of your project and formalize your professionalization contract. All contract-related procedures are carried out on the CFA's CACTUS application. Each party has direct access to the platform and can carry out the various stages throughout the contract.
