Professionalization contract

The contrat de professionnalisation is a work-study training contract, combining practical on-the-job training with theoretical training in a training organization or company.

For whom?

The professionalization contract is aimed at :

  • Young people aged 16 to 25;
  • Jobseekers aged 26 and over, registered on the jobseekers' list;
  • Recipients of the revenu de solidaritĂ© active (RSA), the allocation spĂ©cifique de solidaritĂ© (ASS) or the allocation aux adultes handicapĂ©s (AAH);
  • People who have benefited from a CUI single insertion contract.

People on professionalization contracts have employee status, not student status. They enjoy the same rights as the company's other employees.

Steps to take

  1. Identify the desired course within the ALLSH faculty's curriculum that is open to professionalization contracts.
  2. Submit your application on the dedicated platforms (Licence 3 and Master 2: eCandidat)
  3. Find a host company and contact the SFC continuing education department to inform them of your project and formalize your professionalization contract. All contract-related procedures are carried out on the CFA's CACTUS application. Each party has direct access to the platform and can carry out the various stages throughout the contract.
