Work-linked training

The ALLSH faculty has been offering work-study programs for over 20 years. These courses combine theory and practice, and benefit from a high rate of professional integration on graduation, whatever the level of study or field of specialization.

2 types of contract are offered, depending on the course chosen: apprenticeship and professionalization contracts.

  • Choose a work-study program with the ALLSH faculty!

A genuine link between studies and the socio-economic world

The work-study program is based on a clear principle: students divide their time between training and a private or public company (for the latter, only in the case of apprenticeship contracts). Work-study students are salaried employees and benefit from an employment contract.

At the ALLSH faculty, work-study programs are open to students from bac +3 to bac +5.

Boosting professional integration with work-study programs

The professional aspect of a work-study program means that you can work on real projects while continuing your training, so that you're up and running as soon as you finish your studies, not to mention the many contacts you'll make during the work-study period.

Entering the life of an employee

Office relations, hierarchical relationships, timetables to be respected, instructions to be given or received - these are all skills and know-how that can be acquired through work-study experience. Taking a work-study course means learning how to organize yourself, get used to a fast-paced environment, and manage your time and autonomy.

Financing

The annual cost of a work-study course at the ALLSH faculty is defined by the professional branches according to France Compétences recommendations for apprenticeship contracts.

For professionalization contracts, the cost of one hour's training at our faculty is €10, whatever the course. This cost is not borne by the company, but by France Compétences via the skills operators (OPCO).

CFA Formasup Méditerranée, our partner in drawing up training agreements for the ALLSH faculty, is available to train companies in all the formalities involved in work-study contracts.
