Student life and campus contribution (CVEC)
Before you register, log on to the platform to pay your Contribution Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC) online.
This does not apply if you are enrolling in a continuing education program, a professional training contract or an "incoming" international mobility program under an ERASMUS-type agreement. In these cases, you don't need to connect to the CVEC platform. However, you are concerned if you are enrolling in an international mobility program as an individual ("free mover"), or if you are moving abroad and paying registration fees in France. To find out what steps to take according to your situation: log on.Download your CVEC certificate(payment of €103 or exemption) showing the number of your CVEC certificate, a compulsory document required to register online and/or at school, depending on your profile.
Candidates admitted via Études en France: your online administrative registration (IA Web) will be possible from June 30, provided that the consular services have registered the visa agreement in Études en France. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to proceed (registration link, login, link to CVEC).
What is the CVEC?
The CVEC, a contribution to improve student and campus life.
As part of the campus program, any student can submit a large-scale project on his or her campus.

Pre-entry meetings
Pre-entry meetings are organized to welcome students.
During these days, student "tutors" will guide you through the lecture halls, classrooms and other reception areas corresponding to your field of study, throughout the day. They'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and will also explain how to sign up for a visit to the university library (BU) and a tour of the campus.
Teachers will introduce you to the institution and the general organization of your studies: the university, the faculty, the department, the organization of studies, the university calendar, the timetable, examinations, and the various services available to you at the university. They'll give you all the information you need to familiarize yourself with your new environment and answer any questions you may have.

Collect your student card
Your student card is your identity card, and you'll need it to sit your exams, borrow books from the various libraries or eat in the cafeterias and university canteens.
- You are a new student at ALLSH, or you are re-enrolling:
The procedures for collecting your student card or updating it (2025-2026 sticker) will be communicated to you by the Registrar's Office after the start of the academic year.
