I don't understand the difference between administrative and pedagogical registration. What is it?
Administrative registration is the process of becoming part of the University: it enables you to obtain your student card.
Pedagogical registration is the process for becoming part of the course (L1 Psycho, L1 LEA English - German...): only pedagogical registration allows you to take part in courses, to have your timetable, and to be registered for exams. -
Can I register online?
Yes, it can be done completely online.
-
Can I register online?
Yes, you can register online via your ENT. Please note: pedagogical registration must be completed after registration.
Students who are repeating a year or changing course must submit their registration form to the Registrar's Office. -
Can I change my course registration?
Yes, your pedagogical registration is completely modifiable during the IP opening period. Please note, however, that when you modify your teaching registration, do not reset it to zero, but rather modify it item by item. Be aware, however, that the pedagogical registration system works on a "first come, first served" basis, and that if a group is full, it is no longer possible to select it.
After the deadline, modifications are made directly at the school. -
What is the Special Education Scheme (SES)?
You are unable to devote full time to your studies.
Applications for the Régime Spécial d'Etudes (RSE) are made using the appropriate form, which can be obtained from your school registration office.

I've just been to my first language course and I don't think I've got the level! What can I do?
Contact your course teacher as soon as possible(firstname.name@univ-amu.fr).
-
I finally got my schedule wrong! Two courses overlap! What can I do?
No need to panic. If you find out before , you can always change your course registration (be careful to change only the course concerned).
After September, you'll need to contact the school directly. Be aware, however, that the pedagogical registration system works on a "first come, first served" basis, and that if a group is full, it is no longer possible to select it.

Talk to our tutors and sign up for a guided tour of the campus. -
I can't find my way around the Schuman Campus very well. What should I do?
On site, talk to the tutors in front of the Egger building. Tours of the campus are organized; please register with the tutors.
Maps of the campus and buildings are also available on site.
On the website, you can watch the video presentation of the Schuman ALLSH campus. -
How do I find my classroom or lecture hall?
First of all, find out in which building the course is taking place (Egger building, multimedia building (T1), workshop...).
Generally, the first number corresponds to the floor (e.g. E203 →2nd floor).
The letters A, B, C, D or E indicate that the room is in the Egger building and correspond to a section of the building.
All lecture theatres are on the first floor of the Egger building. Floor plans are available in all buildings. If in doubt, ask at reception (first floor of the Egger building) or to the tutors on site.Find your rooms before the first classes.
