- staff representatives on the UFR Council, the Studies Committee and the Research Committee, and representatives of DEMA colleges A and B.
- student representatives on the UFR Council, Studies Committee, Research Committee and training department councils.

Where to vote?
The polling station will be located in Aix-en-Provence, 29 Schuman, Plateau Inscriptions, first floor, Bâtiment de la Scolarité ALLSH.
The electoral lists will be published by Friday March 20, 2026 at the latest, and can be consulted by following this link.
Requests for corrections to the electoral lists must be made using form B.
Staff belonging to a category subject to a request for registration on the electoral lists (details in article 5.2 of the electoral decree) must submit a request for registration by Friday April 3, 2026 at 4pm at the latest.(application form)

For which bodies?
- UFR Council, 26 seats to be filled:
- 10 professors and similar staff (college A) ;
- 10 other professors, teachers, researchers and similar staff (college B);
- 6 representatives of IATSS staff (college IATSS).
- Studies Committee, 19 seats to be filled:
- 7 professors and assimilated staff (college A) ;
- 7 other professors, teachers, researchers and similar staff (college B);
- 5 IATSS staff representatives (IATSS college).
- Research Committee, 19 seats to be filled:
- 7 professors and assimilated staff (college A) ;
- 7 other professors, teachers, researchers and similar staff (college B);
- 5 IATSS staff representatives (IATSS college).
- DEMA Council (only for DEMA staff in colleges A and B), 10 seats to be filled:
- 5 professors and similar staff (college A);
- 5 other professors, teachers, researchers and similar staff (college B).

Voting by proxy
The proxy form must be returned duly completed, signed and accompanied by photo identification no later than Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 12 noon.
The proxy must be registered in the same college as the principal.
No person may hold more than 2 proxies. -
How to apply?
The deadline for submission of candidatures and professions de foi is Wednesday March 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Candidate lists will be drawn up on the special form.
They must be accompanied by an original declaration of candidacy signed by each candidate, indicating his or her ranking on the list.Professions de foi should be presented as follows:
- A4 format ;
- in black and white ;
- one or two single-sided pages;
- without photographs.
Each candidate list may propose one assessor and one substitute per polling station, appointed from among the electors of the college concerned. These proposals must be submitted at the same time as the candidacies and professions de foi.
